By now it should be well known that this year is all about two competitions in particular for me: the Pan American Games and the IAAF World Championships. These are two major milestones where I’m going in with significant aspirations and I’ve got to get through both before turning my attention to Rio. First things first will be the Pan Am Games in Toronto and then the World Championships in Beijing, almost exactly a month later and it just so happens that this year’s Pan American Games medals were unveiled today, so I figured I’d share.
God willing, by the end of July I’ll be posting a photo of myself wearing or holding one of these beauties.
